Wills & Enduring Power of Attorney
A Will is a vital document that any person over the age of 18 years should have. Making a Will does not need to be complicated, time consuming and most importantly, not costly!
It is important you obtain legal advice prior to making a Will. There are many ‘do it yourself’ kits and on-line options for making Wills, but in our experience, most people require some advice or further information to complete a Will.
The cost of our Wills are fixed and include all the advice you need. You can be assured you are receiving sound practical advice and a robust Will.
Any time is an important time to get a Will. However, there are times when it is particularly important; such as on marriage, entering a new relationship, death of a partner or spouse, when you buy a house or have children.
We have a Will questionnaire for you to complete, in order to get the process started. Our questionnaires are tailored for different stages and circumstances of life.
What is an Enduring Power of Attorney?
When you give someone Enduring Power of Attorney, you give them the legal right to act on your behalf in relation to one or more aspects of your life e.g. your finances, property, or healthcare.
The cost of our Enduring Power of Attorney documents are fixed and include all the advice you need as well as an appointment with one of our solicitors to execute the document.
Please email or call us if you would like to discuss getting Enduring Powers of Attorneys.
